We have a large modern commercial kitchen run by ACE Food Services, Dunedin. The menu changes for summer and winter and runs over a six weekly cycle. The kitchen can cater for individual diets eg diabetic, gluten free, pureed and try to meet individual requests wherever possible. Special events can be catered for if the kitchen is notified well in advance. There will be a charge for this. Visitors may have their meals with residents if arranged in advance -there would normally be a small charge for this.

Meals are generally served in the dining room. Some people do prefer them in their rooms but we encourage the social interaction of shared dining. Family are welcome to come for a meal as long as we are given advance warning -a small fee may be charged.
