At Leslie Groves our care team are on duty 24 hours a day seven days a week providing each resident with the very best care and support.
Our staff attend regular in house training with our own and external trainers. Healthcare Assistants are encouraged to undertake CareerForce training gaining aged care qualifications as they work through the levels. Our Registered Nurses are encouraged and supported to undertake post graduate studies.
